(hereinafter \u201cEUMES\u201d).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I. STUDENT DATA:<\/strong> by signing the enrolment form, the student declares that the information provided is correct. The student is responsible for informing EUMES\u2019s administration department as soon as possible of any changes to their details (for example: changes of address, telephone number, bank account, etc.).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your data will be processed by EUMES, as the data controller, for the purpose of offering specialised teaching services. The data will be processed in compliance with legal obligations and for the provision of services. The data may be disclosed to other university institutions so that the received training and the issuance of the corresponding certificates and degrees can be recorded, to institutions and companies for the completion of internships, as well as to banking entities for collection purposes. At any time you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection to processing and request restriction of processing by contacting EUMES.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>II. FULL PAYMENT OF THE ENROLMENT FEES:<\/strong> due to the significant investments that EUMES makes in advance for each student in terms of computer equipment, software licences, academic materials, teaching staff, furniture, infrastructure, etc., signing the enrolment form commits the signatory to pay the total amount in full and within the established time periods. Payment of the enrolment fee will be made by credit card, bank transfer to the account number indicated on the enrolment form or financing offered by La Caixa (Pr\u00e9stec expr\u00e9s). In the latter case, the student is responsible for contacting the office indicated on the enrolment form to carry out the necessary process, and for depositing the amount into our bank account according to the instructions specified on the enrolment form. Cases such as, for example, withdrawal from the enrolment after the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal has passed, abandonment of studies, unforeseen inability to continue studying and similar will not give rise to a reduction of the amount to be paid or cancellation of outstanding payments. EUMES will not apply reductions of the enrolment fee in cases of large families, single-parent families and\/or persons with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the case of registration for the Ableton Live course, the enrolment price includes a full Ableton Live Suite licence, Co-Working Residency at Bridge 48: (Access to the Co-Working space at Bridge 48, 10 hours of Gear use at Bridge 48 or 30 Tokens for studio or mixing and mastering services), 60 hours of training in music production and use of an iMac with the latest installed version of Ableton Live.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a><strong>III. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:<\/strong> The right of withdrawal is recognised for courses or educational services contracted remotely or online. In these cases, withdrawal allows total cancellation of the enrolment with the right to a full refund, provided it is requested within 14 days after completing the enrolment, without the need for justification. For enrolments made in person the right of withdrawal is not recognised. In the case that the contracted course is online and the content is provided digitally by electronic means, the right of withdrawal is lost once the course has been delivered to the student.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, the decision to withdraw must be notified by means of an unequivocal statement. Afterwards, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days of all payments made by the student, counting from the date the request is made. Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, reactivation of the enrolment may be requested.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>III. LATE PAYMENT:<\/strong> a delay of more than one (1) month in a due payment will automatically and without prior notice accrue interest, specifically the legal interest rate increased by two percentage points. The calculation of accrued interest will be on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IV. FACILITIES AT THE BRIDGE 48 SPACE:<\/strong> the student may only access the classroom where the course is taught and only in the presence of the teacher. They will not have free access to the classrooms, rehearsal rooms and studios managed by EUMES and located at Bridge 48.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:<\/strong> this enrolment contract is governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. The parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them and agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of Girona for all legal matters.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>VI: DISCOUNTS:<\/strong> By taking this course EUMES offers a \u20ac250 discount on the Diploma in Advanced Music and Sound Specialisation and on the Ableton Electronic Music Program (AEMP).
