International admission process

Speak with an educational and admissions advisor

Confirm with the admissions department of the campus the availability of a place.

Arrange a meeting (via Google Meet, Zoom or in person) with Josep Corominas to review the documentation.

Carry out the entrance interview to assess the applicant's profile.

Pay the pre-registration fee, clearly indicating the student's full name and campus in the transfer concept.

Send, in a single shipment:
1. Educational documents requested in the interview.
2. Proof of transfer.
3. Copy of the visa (if applicable).

Documents sent separately or in different media are not accepted.

Enrollment Guarantee for International Students: To ensure the pedagogical viability of the program, the course is subject to a minimum number of enrollees. In the exceptional case that the course cannot be held, EUMES will provide formal notification before May 31st and will proceed with a full and immediate refund of all payments made.

Once the documentation has been verified, the Certificate of Admission/Acceptance is issued.

Enrolment is formalised when the visa is obtained (if necessary) and a copy is presented.

The admission letter will include the information to begin the visa process.

Recommendations for the advisory process

Legal advisor specializing in student visas: It is highly recommended to have a professional expert in immigration and visa regulations to ensure a smooth process and avoid setbacks.

Options for getting your student visa

Visa at the Spanish Consulate

(Outside Spain)
  • Apply at the corresponding Consulate General, preferably at least 3 months before the start of the course (confirm deadlines according to the country).
  • The Consulate reviews requirements and sends information to Spain, where a favorable report is issued within a maximum of 7 days (positive silence if there is no response).
  • Once granted, collect the visa within 2 months. Valid for stays of up to 6 months. If the course lasts longer, the student card is managed in Spain.

Direct request from Europe

(Without processing a residence visa)
  • Enter Europe in a regular situation (tourism or other). Before the stay expires, request a study permit (at least 1 month before its expiration).
  • Electronic processing with digital certificate; if it is the first time in Europe, a representative can do it.
  • Resolution within a maximum of 30 working days (negative silence).

What do I need to study at Eumes?

  • Valid passport with a validity period that covers the entire study period.
  • Certificate of Admission/Acceptance to EUMES, with confirmation number.
  • Private Medical Insurance that operates in Europe.
  • Proof of means of subsistence and accommodation: 100% of the IPREM (€600/month in 2025) or prepaid accommodation.
  • For studies longer than 6 months, in addition:
    • Medical Certificate certifying that you do not suffer from any disease with repercussions on public health.
    • Criminal Record Certificate (for adults) proving that you have no criminal record in the last 5 years.
