Pol Wagner is a musician, composer and producer, and has transformed his passion for music into an honest and transparent personal project. A former student of EUMES, he debuted with his first album Songs Against Interest , produced by the renowned producer and teacher of the school Marc Martin. A work that was born as an emotional diary in the form of songs and that reflects the essence of his style: a delicate indie pop-rock, with folk nuances and intimate lyrics.
His artistic project, under his own name, is defined by creative freedom: writing and performing music without commercial commitments, always seeking that each song be a sincere expression of his inner world. Singing and writing in English is for him a trait of identity, with which he wants to bring a new perspective to the national scene.
Beyond his facet as an artist, Pol is also exploring the path of production, mixing and mastering, with the aim of becoming increasingly autonomous and accompanying other creators in their musical projects. His curiosity for innovation has also led him to create Inteligencia Musical , a podcast where he investigates the intersection between music and artificial intelligence, interviewing experts and exploring how technology is transforming the industry.
With previous experience in different sectors and audiovisual projects, Pol has found his vital and professional space in music. He is also co-organizer of the Barcelona AI Music Meetup (BAMM) , a meeting point between musicians, technologists and professionals interested in the future of sound creation.
