Diploma in Advanced Music and Sound
3 YEARS
The most comprehensive training in music production, sound engineering and music business. Allows the option of a fourth year at the University of West London.
Diploma in Music Production
2 YEARS
2 intensive years to learn how to compose, produce, record and master like industry professionals.
Diploma in Music Business
1 YEAR
Master the music business: management, booking, marketing, branding, record labels and strategies to professionalise projects.
Ableton Expert Music Producer
4 MONTHS
Train in all aspects of music production, from composition to production, mixing and mastering, all through Ableton Live. Title officially recognised by Ableton.

Which Diploma is best for me?
It depends on your interests and goals:
- If you are looking for a comprehensive training in music production, sound and the music industry, the Diploma in Advanced Music and Sound offers a 3-year programme.
- If you want to focus specifically on music production and sound, you can opt for the Diploma in Music Production and Sound.
- If you are interested in music management and the music business, the Diploma in Music Business is specifically geared towards that area.
- And if you want to specialise in production with Ableton Live, the AEMP is the specific production pathway for Ableton.
Do I need prior experience?
In the case of the Diploma in Advanced Music and Sound, prior experience in music production is not necessary. The programme starts from the basics and progresses gradually to develop your skills throughout the course.
For the AEMP, prior knowledge is not required either. The programme is designed to begin by working on the foundations of music production and Ableton Live, so that all students can start from the same level.

Are the Diplomas in-person?
The three professional Diplomas (Advanced Music and Sound, Music Production and Music Business) are 100% in-person.
Classes take place in Girona, at the EUMES school (Carrer de Baix, 2, La Marfà building), at the professional studios El Local (Vilablareix) and MusicLan (Avinyonet de Puigventós).
The AEMP has a hybrid format.
Classes are held in person at the EUMES school in Girona, and can also be followed online simultaneously via Zoom.
Which Diploma has the longest duration?
The Diploma in Advanced Music and Sound has a duration of 3 years, the Diploma in Music Production and Sound is 2 years, the Diploma in Music Business is 1 year and the AEMP is 4 months of training.
Do I need to take the PAU or entrance exams?
No. The Diplomas are non-regulated, proprietary qualifications and therefore the PAU is not required.
What is the minimum age?
For the Diplomas you must be at least 18 years old, or turn 18 during the first year, to enrol.
To take the AEMP, you must be at least 16 years old.
Is there any entrance test?
Yes. Before being accepted, you will have a personal interview at EUMES to discuss your motivation and musical goals.
