Julio Navas,

Julio Navas is responsible for teaching the Music Self-Management course and overseeing the final project for the third year of the EUMES Diploma.

He is the co-founder and CEO of Mentes Inquietas, a creative company offering various services related to music and sound.

Julio Navas’s life has always been connected to music, developing projects across different sectors: he is the founder of the record label Fresco Records and the publishing house Barzelona Publishing Group, where he has managed the label, catalog, design, and content, achieving significant success and a notable position in the global electronic music scene.

As a music producer, he has collaborated with artists like John Acquaviva, Manuel De La Mare, D-Nox & Beckers, DJ PP, and Víctor Ruiz, and has created remixes for Trentemøller, David Guetta, Rinôçérôse, Joachim Garraud, and Olivier Giacomotto, among others, with releases through companies such as Universal Music, EMI, Ministry Of Sound, Armada, Tronic, Skint, Toolroom, Ultra, Kontor, Yoshitoshi, Definitive, Great Stuff, Black Hole, 1605, and Spinnin.

As an artist, he has performed at some of the most prestigious clubs and events in the scene, including Creamfields, Rock in Rio (Madrid), Sonar Pro (Barcelona), Sunrise Festival / House Event (Poland), Moots Festival (Mexico), Fineplay (Japan), and events like Kaballah, XXXPerience, Flowers 3D, Green Valley, and the famous D-Edge (Brazil). He is also a regular on the Ibiza nightlife scene, performing at clubs such as AmnesiaSpacePrivilege, and Bora Bora.

For over 10 years, he has also been involved in music journalism, contributing to Deejay Magazine and Vicious Magazine, as well as collaborating with various radio stations and creating his own show, “Fresco Sessions,” which has aired globally.
