Many artists spend endless hours perfecting their sound, but often the project stalls when it comes time to be released. How do you contact a festival? Whats the difference between a manager and a booker? How can we fund our next record?
Having talent is the first step, but understanding how the industry works is what allows that talent to become a sustainable career. In this masterclass, Aina Pociello, founder of Allau Management, will give us the keys to navigate the music scene wisely, from initial self-management to the professionalisation of the artistic structure.
Aina Pociello is one of the key figures in cultural management and current management in our country. She graduated in Audiovisual Communication (UPF) and has a postgraduate degree in Cultural Management; she worked in film and festival direction (Festival Simbiòtic) before focusing on the music industry.
In 2020 she founded Allau Management, an agency with a clear purpose: to showcase female talent and art as a tool for social transformation. She currently leads the strategy and contracting of leading artists such as Clara Peya, Amaia Miranda, Paula Valls, Henrio, OKDW, Llum i Grabu. Her experience combining artistic sensitivity with management rigour makes her an indispensable voice for any musician or producer who wants to take a step forward.
The aim of this masterclass is to demystify the black box of the industry and offer tangible tools that the student can apply to their project the very next day.
