In this new edition of EUMES Meets, we have the pleasure of hosting Jordi Puig, one of the most relevant and cross-cutting figures of the music industry in Catalonia. With a career spanning more than 25 years, Jordi has experienced the sector from every possible angle, becoming an authoritative voice in separating myths from realities on the path to artistic professionalisation.

The speaker: Jordi Puig

Talking about Jordi Puig is to speak of experience and a 360º vision. With more than two decades of experience, he has worked in areas as diverse as promotion, marketing, A&R, advertising and management.

Currently, he leads the sector from two strategic positions:

• Director of U98 Music: company through which he develops leading record, publishing and management projects.
• President of APECAT: Association of Catalan Phonographic and Videographic Producers and Publishers, representing the fabric of independent production in Catalonia.

His ability to manage from the creativity of an A&R to the complexity of the phonographic industry makes him the ideal guide for anyone who wants to make music their profession.
